We have the heavy equipment to shape the soil of a variety of private, municipal and commercial projects, working with landowners, general contractors and site inspectors to complete each stage according to design specifications. We have the trucks to haul our equipment and materials, which allows us to effectively manage the scope of a project.
We offer demolition services and will coordinate all phases of the project, beginning with scheduling sewer capping and securing any applicable permits. After performing our excavator Stillwater services, we then haul the debris to a licensed landfill and the concrete to our yard for recycling. After demolition is complete, we grade the site to ensure proper drainage.
Our investment in GPS equipment allows us to efficiently and precisely render grade to construction standards for the site work on commercial building pads and parking lots. For housing additions, restaurants, apartment complexes and retail stores are excavator Stillwater services are endless as we undercut building pads, place select fill while monitoring moisture content for correct compaction, and haul and place ag-base. Whether a home tucked into a subdivision or nestled in the rural woodlands, we construct house pads, working to ensure proper site drainage, and to meet engineer specifications for compaction and soil type as needed. As an excavator Stillwater, we build driveways, establishing appropriate site drainage prior to placing rock, and install tin horns where necessary.
We have built hundreds of ponds across the state of Oklahoma. Landowners decide to build ponds for reasons as numerous as there are sites on which to build them. As an excavator Stillwater we are able to do all things from small farm ponds for watering cattle and large ponds for recreational activities, to ponds that bring purely aesthetic pleasure, we can build a pond to NRCS specifications or design and construct a custom pond for a particular property.
CONCRETE AND ASPHALT RECYCLING
In 2019, we expanded our excavator Stillwater business and began crushing concrete and asphalt material. These materials from demolition projects, both from our own contracted jobs and from those of other companies, are hauled to our construction yard. Rebar is extracted from the concrete and taken to a metal recycler. The material is crushed and conveyed through a screener, which separates the crushed material according to size. The crushed material is available for sale by the ton. We transport and deliver the rock with our dumptruck, belly dump, or end dumps to your project site (haul rate is dependent upon distance), likewise we will load the trucks of others for transport. This is one of the reasons why we call ourselves a full service excavator Stillwater company.
We offer two different sizes of crushed concrete material for sale: 1 ½” crusher run and 3” surge. The 1 ½” crusher run is good to use on driveways and passes the sieve test for ODOT Type A Ag Base. The 3” surge runs anywhere from 2” – 4” in actual size. This clean rock is good for muddy areas and creates a solid base for smaller rock. The crushed asphalt (1 ½” crusher run millings) is good for top-dressing roads and keeping dust down.
We are excited to make a usable product from materials that might otherwise be treated as waste materials. Crushing these materials reduces landfill waste and cuts down on unsightly dumpsites. Providing this service, along with our standard excavator Stillwater services, also supplies other demolition contractors working in the Stillwater area a place to bring their project debris. UTILITY INSTALLATION
We are a licensed Class D Water and Wastewater excavator Stillwater contractor and have the capabilities to install waterlines for municipalities, rural water districts, and private property owners. We install new lines of service for new and existing construction. As a portion of our site work labor, we offer fireline installation and sanitary sewer and storm sewer installation. Our storm sewer services include detention ponds, retention ponds, piping, drain basins and curb inlets.
SOIL REMEDIATION
Our experience with soil reclamation and remediation projects as an excavator Stillwater is extensive. We work with state agencies to rectify the poor site conditions that might have surfaced in the wake of oil drilling or other past activities. We work with farmers and other property owners to create and implement solutions that satisfy the productivity needs of their acreage. Whether the goal is to increase grazing land for farming and livestock or to reclaim a site to a more beautiful and pleasing state, the satisfaction derived from assisting landowners in adding aesthetic and monetary value to their properties is immense.
We shape eroded sites, and for erosion control, we install silt fence, place rip-rap rock, and install flexamat. We extract oilfield tanks and remove oilfield concrete foundations. Our excavator Stillwater can excavate hydrocarbons, removing the waste and treating the area according to site specifications. We remediate salt scars, haul and spread applicable amendments (gypsum, manure, etc.), and seed and sod project sites for regrowth. We clear cedars and other undesirable trees and underbrush, and chip the material into wood mulch or burn the material in an air-curtain incinerator. We have the equipment available to perform whatever work is necessary to satisfy the project plans and requirements.
